A surprise update has caused several significant combat changes, summary:
* Food that increases outgoing damage while moving has had its efficacy reduced by 50%.
* Elementalist many of the changes are PvP based however, Rebound healing is 33% more effective in all modes
* Engineer will no longer have to use tool belts skills to explode turrets, turret cooldowns reduce
* Guardian's test of faith trap damage reduced by 10%, some signet buffs
* Mesmer, brand new attacks for more phantasm skills and enhancements to power-based shatter builds
* Necromancer, Plaguelands new elite (replaced plague); Epidemic range increase, easier to dodge
* Ranger pvp healing reduced, bonfire on burns on torch reduce form 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds all modes
* Revenant major condition buffs!
* Thief, slightly nerf in pvp, pistols and short bow condi\damaged increased
* Warrior, PvP Endure Pain buff, major axe damage buffs for all game modes
